Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Ambi mobile application and related services ("Service") operated by MV Software ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Ambi is an AI-powered accountability coach that helps you set goals, manage tasks, build habits, and stay on track. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching responses based on your input.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ambiai.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
- Use the AI coach to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you create in the Service (goals, tasks, habits, messages). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service to you.
6. AI-generated content
Responses from the AI coach are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and motivational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, medical, financial, legal, or therapeutic advice. You should not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for professional guidance.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated responses.
7. Availability
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time through the app settings or by emailing support@ambiai.app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MV Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
